Please be on time. - Observe safety rules on the water. - No shoes are on the boat. - Smoking is only on the back platform of the boat during a stop. Tips? Tips are not necessary but are very appreciated.

By booking you agree to hold Magic City Charters from any and all claims, loss or damage to myself, personal property, liabilities and costs, including attorney’s fees, as a result of a boat rental. In this Boating Charter or any events incidental to this Activity. In the event Magic City Charters incurs any of types of expenses for failure of rules all Boat owners, Renters, and Captains, agree to reimburse Magic City Charters. All boat owners and captains are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their vessel and charter of occupants, they are required to provide safe vessels in accordance of United States Coastguard rules and regulations and in addition have charter insurance coverage. All Captains will also be licensed under the USCG in good standing and compliance of all Captain guidelines prior to performing any charter.
